Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, holidays, or product launches. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order.
Estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout and may vary depending on the shipping method selected.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier issues

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked Delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We will assist where possible but cannot offer refunds or replacements for lost or stolen items.
